How do we work?

BCF Confection is a Belgian textile manufacturer specialized in small quantity orders. You get a lot of flexibility with us in terms of planning and delivery time. No full containers that are on the road for three months, but small order quantities and the possibility of spreading your orders over time. This way you can keep your stock and storage costs low, while guaranteeing an excellent service to your customers.

BCF Confection has a headquarters in Flanders and its own production unit in Tunisia. We are happy to share our expertise and professional knowledge with you and to advise you on the implementation of your design. Our own design office prepares all technical documents on request, analyzes fabrics and calculates production time and costs.

Cut, Make and Trim (CMT)

BCF Confection has many years of experience with textile manufacturing through commission work. With commission work (or Cut, Make and Trim, cutting, assembling and finishing) you, our customer, remain the owner of the process. You just leave the production to BCF Confection.

Ready-made garments (RMG)

BCF Confection also offers Ready-made Garments. In this process you draw a design, you determine the style and you make a sample. Based on the sample that you provide us, we get to work for you: our technical design office draws the patterns, analyzes the fabrics, calculates the production time and costs and draws up a road book for your product or collection. We purchase all raw materials from our own suppliers. Every decision is always taken in consultation with you and in accordance with your sample.
